Bowen practitioners will regularly suggest a set of 3 Bowen sessions about 1 week apart. The reason is simple. we see the best results when Bowen finishes the job. One session is a great start but depending on why you're on the table one is often not enough. 

The fact that it is such an incredibly popular package speaks for itself. Most of my Bowen clients take this package up!

The first Bowen session gets the body moving in the right direction, the second consolidates the messages and the third locks it in.
