Terms and conditions

• cancellations for any appointment within 24hours of the appointment time will be charged the full fee of the appointment booked.
• payment is to be made in full  for the appointment and any supplements and other purchases at the time of the appointment unless a payment plan has been arranged
• online consultations must be paid for in full before the appointment unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment information is emailed soon after booking an appointment. Payment for homeopathics is to be made before they are posted. Payment for supplements is to be made through the online dispensary at the time of ordering. 
• if you are unhappy with our service at any point please contact us immediately so we can investigate further and work with you toward a resolution.
