We’ve all been there. You tell yourself, “I know what to do, I just have to do it.”

It starts well enough. You find something decent in the fridge for breakfast. But by lunch, you’re desperately hunting for a "healthy" option, only to end up with a salad drenched in a sugary processed dressing.

  4. Shop the Plan: Take the thinking out of the kitchen. If it’s in the cupboard and it’s on the plan, the decision is already made for you.
